Hello,

I hope you have found what you needed from the website and decide to choose Hilltop the next time your pets need a holiday.

Following the birth of my son Jasper in January 2013, I made the decision to embark on a major lifestyle change from the drudgery of my office job to one which would give me more time with my children and a better overall quality of life. I've grown up around dogs and animals have always been a big part of my life. As the owner of 2 boisterous dogs, Rufus, an Irish Terrier and Basil, a Border Terrier I'm truly passionate about animals and I decided that a Boarding Kennels and Cattery would be perfect for me.

I looked at many different kennels businesses before I discovered Hilltop, I instantly fell in love with the place and following a few visits and discussions with the then owners, Val & Mick Willis, I decided Hilltop was the one. A few months later the sale was concluded and I took over in December 2013.

I'm really excited about the plans for the future and seeing some of the ideas take shape over the coming years. I plan to share our progress, trials, tribulations and hopefully, some funny moments along the way through our Facebook page here;
